  • What is virtual consulting?
When we utilize the internet for consulting services, or videoconferencing, such as Zoom for energy healing interactions, this is called virtual consulting.

  • All consultation sessions are private, holistic and person-centered. Innocence will work with you to locate the keys  that unlock the obstacles that are blocking your path to a more genuine intimate loving relationship with your true self and others.
  • Innocence  works closely with each client to develop a personal approach  to explore their femininity or sexuality issues and concerns in a  holistic manner. This could include discussing everything from  psychological barriers such as negative self body-image to relationship  dynamics and fostering better communication skills to encourage you to  identify where psychological impediments may be and how you can alter  your approach to working with them.
  • Innocence highly values experiential learning and incorporate exercises  and experiences to that end. Some sessions include a great deal of sitting and talking. Every session is different and Innocence works  intuitively and creatively without a formula. It would be premature to  tell you how your individual sessions might work without knowing more  about your history, intention, and what is presenting itself in the  moment of our meeting. Therefore, we cannot attest to how exactly  Innocence will use your time prior to meeting you in person. Innocence  assures that your boundaries will be respected and trusts that you will respect hers as well.
  • After discussing your initial concerns/issues, Innocence will arrange an  appointment over the phone. A typical first visit includes an assessment of the presenting problem or concern and an overall relevant  history. Therapeutic home assignments may be given at the conclusion of  the initial session. If Innocence identifies any situations that require  intensive therapy or the need to make appropriate referrals; she will  inform you without hesitation.

Things to Know About Hypnosis

Despite its less-than-serious depiction in cartoons and movies, hypnosis can be an effective tool for therapy. Read on to learn more about the way hypnosis affects our conscious minds.

  • You aren’t unconscious under hypnosis. In fact, they are in a state of focused hyper-awareness. —
  • We all experience hypnosis every moment of the day:
—Driving and missing our stop - we were in hypnosis
—Watching a movie and losing track of time - we were in hypnosis.
—Playing video games, watching T.V., eating, exercising, day - dreaming, etc.
—Being stressed at work or home, being ill, medications, drugs and alcohol.
—Every time we go into our thoughts we are in hypnosis and every time we  come out of thoughts we come out of hypnosis; it'’s like breathing

  • Hypnosis does not make you act against your will. Although it is true that a hypnotized person will be more susceptible to suggestion, it’s simply not possible to force them to do something that they don’t want to do.
  • The hypnotherapist can’t  make you (the client) do anything you wouldn’t ordinarily want to do. It can’t take away your own free will and choice.
  • Likewise, when battling a deep-set psychological issue such as a phobia or an addiction, hypnosis doesn’t work by reversing the client's unwanted thoughts but by gradually strengthening their resolve to silence them.
  • Innocence charges for the cost of excursion/retreat tickets only.
  • The total cost of any excursion may vary dependent on the location of the event. Participants will generally be notified within 60 days of the scheduled excursion itinerary, related fees, and discounts.
  • All participants are responsible for booking & securing the cost of their individual travel, lodging, and all miscellaneous costs such as meals, parking, etc...
  • In the event of any unforeseeable circumstances (i.e. staff cancellations, adverse weather conditions, low bookings, maintenance work, mechanical faults, or other situations outside of our control) some amenities or events described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
  • Innocence reserves the right to make any changes to our program with regard to excursions, retreats or facilitators. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred. Innocence does not accept liability for any of the above events, or others beyond our control; loss of, or damage to any of your personal property; medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your workshop.

Innocence also reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave the venue if their behavior is disruptive to the function of the workshop or interferes with the rights of others.
